OpenAthens are pleased to announce the venue and agenda for the first OpenAthens Customer Conference, which will bring together information professionals and technical experts from across the spectrum of healthcare, academia, corporate and publishing under the theme of Creating Connections to discuss the key challenges and opportunities facing organisations in the context of Identity and Access Management (IAM).
The event will take place at the NEC Birmingham on 9th November 2016. The keynote address on how readers discover content will be delivered by Tracy Gardner from Simon Inger Consulting. Ken Chad is also presenting about innovation in library services. There is a variety of breakout sessions on mapping end user experiences, discussion of the development roadmap and product training presentations – as well as a series of lightning talks and round table sessions.
